Return & Refund Policy

1. Return is possible  

• For some products such as Electronics, Equipment, Gym equipment and etc, there should be an agreement with providers for return policies related to warranty terms and conditions.
• Received defective or damaged products, customer call or place order for return item within 24 hours from delivery.
• Received wrong Items, customer call or place order for return item within 24 hours from delivery.

2. How to Return an Item  

Customers can place orders on the website nardeels.com or call within 24 hours of delivery time. The process will be as following:
• Initiate a Return.
• Schedule pickup.
• Return the Item.
• Refund Processed.

3. Return is NOT possible:  

• For items in the NON-RETURNABLE list.
• If the request is made outside the specified time frame of 24 hours from delivery,
• If the product is used, damaged, or is not in the same condition as the customer received it.
• For categories like fashion, cosmetics, innerwear, lingerie, socks, cosmetics, clothing freebies, software and subscription (cards), music album, books, fragrance.
• Defective products which are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
• For any consumable item which has been used or installed.
• For products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
• Anything missing from the package that the customer is received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories.
• Fragile items or related items.
• At clearance and offers item marked/posted as (non-return) policy.

4. Order Cancellation

In the event that the customer cancels an order after making an electronic payment, he can contact Nardeal Customer Service Hotline within 24 hours of canceling the order so as to complete the refund procedure.
The refund will be according to the card payment company policy owned by the customer.

5. Return Process  

If a return is possible for the customer:
• Courier representative will contact the customer within 3-5 days from the day the customer requested a return.
• Nardeals.com will pay the customer the charge fees for the returned item.
• Customer CAN NOT schedule time with the courier to return an item.
• If the Customer paid through electronic means (Credit or Debit card), the paid amount will be refunded to his/her card. The amount paid may take up to a month to reflect in the customer’s card statement depending on the individual’s bank process.
